Concerns are growing for a teenager who failed to return to her Scarborough home yesterday (Thursday, May 25).

Caitlin, aged 19, was last seen in the Scarborough area after leaving her home - and is missing despite police enquiries to find her. 

Concerns for the teenager's safety are growing, with officers searching for her in Scarborough and across North Yorkshire. 

She is described as "white, with a larger build and long dark hair which she often wears in a bun."

She also has a tattoo on her wrist and was last seen wearing a yellow-beige hoodie with the words ‘You Are Enough’ on the front, black leggings, a blue jacket tied around her waist, and carrying a pale pink backpack. 

A police spokesperson said: "We're urgently appealing for sightings and information to help find a missing 19-year-old woman from the Scarborough area.

"Caitlin was last seen leaving her address in Scarborough yesterday (Thursday, May 25), a little after 1 pm.

"We have been making extensive enquiries to locate her. However, concerns are now growing for her safety as she has failed to return to her home address.
