House prices in Middlesbrough have gone up by an average of over £700 in the month of February, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in February 2023 average house prices in Middlesbrough reached £145,843.

This was up from £145,098 in January, representing a 0.5 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 10.4 per cent.
