Following its release to the public, artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots have taken the world by storm and is used by several industries. Here’s what happened when we asked it to tell us what it thought about the North East.

Known for its capability to respond to questions in a human manner and understand follow-up questions, we asked it to tell us the worst things about the North East of England.

Here’s how it got on:

I can provide some potential challenges or drawbacks of living in the North East:

1. Limited job opportunities: Some areas of the North East may have fewer job opportunities compared to other regions in the UK, which can make it difficult for individuals to find work.

2. Industrial heritage: While the North East has a rich industrial heritage, some areas may still show signs of decline and economic hardship due to the closure of coal mines and shipyards.

3. Weather: The North East can experience cold and wet weather for much of the year, which may not be appealing to everyone.

4. Rural areas: Some rural areas in the North East may have limited access to public transport, shops, and other amenities, which can make it difficult for individuals without a car to get around.

5. Perception: The North East of England may sometimes be perceived negatively by people who are unfamiliar with the region or who hold outdated stereotypes.

It's important to note that the North East is a diverse region with many positive aspects, including friendly communities, beautiful countryside, and a rich cultural heritage. It is also home to several major cities, including Newcastle, Sunderland, and Durham, which offer a wide range of amenities, entertainment options, and job opportunities.
