Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was left with head injuries after hitting a wall in her car.
Officers from Cleveland Police are investigating an alleged incident involving a white Volkswagon Golf and a wall on Marton Avenue on Sunday evening just after midnight.
Three people were spoken to at the scene including a woman who was taken to hospital for a head injury.
Two occupants in the vehicle left the scene before police arrived.
Enquires are ongoing.
In the aftermath of the incident, Cleveland Police would ask the two occupants who left the scene, or anyone with information about the incident, to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 056506.
