Emergency services were spotted on the scene last night (March 18) responding to an incident near a County Durham fast food restaurant.
Video has emerged online showing Durham Police at the scene of an incident on the A66 in Darlington, near McDonald's just before midnight on Friday.
Residents reacted online to the news with a mixture of shock and worry to the image.
In a social media post, one concerned resident said: " Hope everyone's ok."
The North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) have confirmed they have received no report of the incident.
The Northern Echo are still awaiting a response from Durham Police for more information on the incident.
