A shocked diner filmed a rat climbing the eating area furniture of a McDonald’s restaurant.
On Wednesday morning, Kelly Mullin captured images and videos of a rat scaling the chair opposite her in now viral footage.
Disgusted by the discovery, she rushed to inform staff of the rodent intruder.
Images clearly show the rat clambering across the furniture in the restaurant eating area - but no other information has been shared about the clip.
After the clip was shared - numerous people took to social media, expressing their disgust.
One person said: "That is disgusting, why has this happened and why is there no staff," while another added: "This is shocking - thanks for highlighting."
The fast food giant has been contacted for comment.
The video has been shared on Facebook, where it has been viewed almost 100,000 times in just over 24 hours.
