A 28-YEAR-OLD man was taken to hospital after being found on a travellers' caravan site with gun shot wounds.
Police were called to the Bowesfield Lane site, in Stockton at about 10.30am yesterday.
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said: "Incidents such as this happen very rarely. Police do not expect this to be a random attack and expect it was in fact a targeted attack."
