A classic high street record store has gone back to its roots by offering a wider range of vinyl as it moves to larger premises.

While many music fans stream their tunes or store them digitally on their phone, some have gone back to basics by building their own collections of physical discs.

HMV’s new store at The Bridges in Sunderland, which opened today, Friday October 21, has more than 3,600 different vinyl albums on offer
