*UPDATE* Keith has now been found safe and well
Police have raised concerns after a 74-year-old man with dementia has gone missing from Middlesbrough.
Keith Neale, 74, has been described as tall, slim build with grey hair.
He was last seen at 12.15pm today (Sunday, September 25) in the Ormesby area.
He was wearing a padded three-quarter length coat with a hood, black trousers, and grey canvas walking shoes.

Concerns have been raised as Mr Neale suffers from dementia.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: “If you have seen Keith or have any information on his whereabouts please contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number, quoting ref - 172413.”
