A shocking stash of weapons and stolen motorbikes have been seized by police as a summer long crackdown on criminal behaviour continues.

Cleveland Police seized the items on Thursday (September 1) as part of Operation Resolve after a member of the public spotted them in the Bluehall field in Norton, Stockton.

The suspected stolen bikes were recovered and the weapons, including two machetes and an axe, were removed from the area.
