There are numerous options available for car-parking while attending Stockton International Riverside Festival (SIRF) next week.

The festival runs from Thursday, August 4 to Sunday, August 7.

The festival is back for its 35th year and will provide entertainment and festivities for the people of Teesside and the wider North East.

Acts on the bill include acrobatics, dance, drama, music, comedy and a carnival parade.

Here is a list of short-stay car parks in Stockton that are staying open for the duration of the festival:

Bath Lane North (TS18 2DS). Free for three hours, £1 per hour after that. RingGo code: 4212

Church Road (TS18 1TW). Free up to 30 minutes (maximum stay).

Hume Street (TS18 2ER). Free up to 3 hours, £1 per hour after that. RingGo code 4210

Maxwells Corner (TS18 2AA). Free up to 30 minutes (maximum stay).

Municipal (TS18 2HW). Excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Norton Road (TS20 2AQ). Free up to 1 hour (maximum stay).

Prince Regent Street (TS18 1DF). Free up to 2 hours (maximum stay).
