TEESSIDE Airshow is sold out but people have one last chance to secure a ticket for the event.

The show is set to return to Teesside Airport on Saturday.

All the tickets have now sold out but Teesside Airport has launched a competition with the offer of a family day out and the chance to meet pilots from the RAF Red Arrows.

The show is returning at the weekend following a five-year break.

People have the chance to watch the RAF Red Arrows, RAF Typhoon and The Starlings at the event, which is being staged by Skylive Air.

There will also be a range of ground attractions, including a classic car show, live music and stunt displays, as well as the Teesside strength competition, funfair and food village.

The prize up for grabs is a family ticket to the airshow, for up to two adults and three children, a VIP meet and greet with the Red Arrows and vouchers to redeem with the food market.
