A DARLINGTON man has been fined nearly £500 after being caught speeding on a 30mph road.
Graham Sanderson Spence, 50, of Hutton Avenue in Darlington appeared before County Durham and Darlington Magistrates Court on Wednesday May 4.

He was fined £440 for the offence after being caught speeding over 30mp down Brinkburn Road last year.
Spence was made to pay £44 to victim services and £90 in court costs.
He also had his driving licence endorsed with four points.
