A BUS company is giving passengers the chance to have online discussions with its managers about the services it runs.
Go North-East, which operates routes throughout County Durham, will hold the first session on Thursday, January 31 at noon. The company says more monthly three-hour slots have been planned.
Go North-East commercial director Martin Harris said: "We really value feedback from our passengers and want to make it as easy as possible for them to give us their comments.
"Chatting online is becoming the favourite way to keep in touch for more and more people, so we thought we'd offer our passengers the chance to chat to us online and share their views of our bus services."
Dates and further details about the sessions can be found at the company's website, www.simply go.com
