THE most viewed homes currently for sale in Darlington have been revealed - and it shows what types of homes are in demand.

The mix of three and four-bed homes in and around the town have currently scored the most viewed on property website Zoopla. 

The properties' asking prices currently consist of six-figure sums - but one eight-bedroom barn conversion is on the market for more than £1 million. 

Here's the top five most viewed homes this month, according to Zoopla - accurate at time of publication on November 22. 

1. Smithfield Road, Darlington

This four-bedroom detached property is located within a "highly sought after development" within the Eastbourne area of the town. 

Potential buyers will be taking on an entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and conservatory to the ground floor.
