POLICE are appealing for information following a two-vehicle crash at the weekend.
Officers were called to the crossroads of Darlington Road and Middleton Road in Sadberge village on Saturday, July 24.
The incident occurred at 8.30am and involved a white Ford Transit van and a BMW Motorycle.
The rider of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital.
A spokesperson for Darlington Police said: "Officers are now keen to trace any witnesses who were in the area at the time or anyone who may hold dashcam footage of the collision.
"Please contact the Roads Policing Unit on 0191 375 2705 quoting incident number 160 of July 24 with information."
