POLICE have issued an appeal after a man exposed himself twice.

Officers are appealing for information after receiving two reports of a man exposing himself on the Hart to Haswell walkway in Hartlepool.

The first took place on Saturday (June 12) at 6.55pm and involved a man who was on foot speaking briefly to a lone woman who was walking her dog.

He then exposed himself and walked out of the path, turning left onto Ocean Road.

And yesterday afternoon (Monday) at 3.45pm the same man who was on a pedal cycle this time, spoke to a lone woman walking her dogs then exposed himself.

He then cycled away along the walkway.

The man is described as around 20-years-old, of slim build with dark blonde floppy hair and sharp features.
