A POLICE car was involved in a collision which resulted in it crashing into a pedestrian crossing.
A police vehicle and Ford Fiesta were involved in the collision which occurred at around 7.15pm on Monday evening (May 10).
The crash happened on Marton Road, Middlesbrough.
The Fire service attended the scene to clear the road of debris.
Both male drivers were checked over by the ambulance service and they did not require medical treatment.
