Peterlee hit with spate of garage break-ins
FOUR garages have been targeted in a spate of overnight break-ins in County Durham.
The buildings were broken into on Westway, Peterlee, overnight between Wednesday and Thursday and a number of tools were stolen from inside.
The four male suspects who made off into the town centre are described as being over 6ft wearing dark clothing.
Officers are now keen to speak to anyone with information or CCTV footage of the area. Please contact Peterlee crime team on 101 quoting 61 of May 6.
