Vintage MG destroyed in shed fire after suspected arson attack
CLEVELAND police are appealing for information after a fire destroyed a vintage MG in a suspected arson attack.
The incident occurred on Friday April 2 between 8pm and 9pm on Bolckow Street in Skelton, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and involved a shed at an allotment site being set on fire.
The fire destroyed the shed and the vintage MG inside which was extremely sentimental to the owner, police say.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with information to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 051844.
