A MAN was left with five fractures in his jaw after an attack in a supermarket car park.

Police are appealing for information after the 20-year-old was assaulted in the underground car park in Asda, Thornaby at 12.50pm on Wednesday, April 14.

The victim was approached by two men who attacked him which resulted in the victim suffering a fractured jaw in five places.

He was taken to hospital for treatment and released.

One of the male suspects was a white man aged in his 20s, 6 ft 3” tall of broad build with short black hair and he was wearing a black tracksuit.

The second male is described as being a while male in his 20s, 6 ft 4” tall, of skinny build with medium length black curly hair.

He was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit.
