MORE details have been revealed about Central Park - Newcastle, a festival-like event that will host the North-East's 'biggest beer garden'.
Central Park will take over Times Square, near the Life Science Centre, to become a huge beer garden complete with greenery.
The site, from May to August, will have the capacity for '100s' of people to enjoy summer in a social distanced manner with full table service.
Opening weekend tables are almost sold out, organisers say, while also revealing popular food vendors Meat:Stack and Holy Moly Mexican will be serving up dishes for the first two weeks.
They will be joined by Parm-O-Rama, bringing a bit of Teesside to Tyneside.
A video has also been realised to show how the build is getting on.
Announcing the foodie favourites on Monday, organisers said: "Some exciting news to kick off the week - here's our first 3 street food vendors who're ready to cook up a storm and ensure everyone gets a good feed at Central Park.
"Three of the North East's finest and options for everyone, kicking off our rotating programme of vendors we have the people's burger champs Meat:Stack, parmo enthusiasts Parm-O-Rama and taco slingers Holy Moly Mexican. They'll all be on site for the first 2 weekends of Central Park - Newcastle and we're hungry already!"
