THREE people have been arrested after an assault and burglary in Hartlepool.
During the early hours of Tuesday, January 19 at 4.45am, police attended a report of an alleged incident on Cameron Road in Hartlepool.
A male aged 30 was reportedly assaulted during the incident and was taken to hospital for treatment for minor injuries and later released.
Three people were arrested at the scene.
A man aged 28 was arrested and charged with burglary and inflicting grievous bodily harm and handling stolen goods and a woman aged 21 was arrested and charged with the same burglary and inflicting grievous bodily harm.
They both appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court Wednesday, January 10.
A 15 year girl was also arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and assault by beating and has been released with bail conditions.
