THE region is set to face another day of heavy rain as Storm Christoph continues to make its mark across the North.
Parts of the North-East and North Yorkshire are set to see more heavy rain, with temperatures set to fall later today.
We've put together an hour by hour forecast, based on latest data from The Met Office, to help show how the storm may affect you.
Storm Christoph: Flood alerts in place across North-East and North Yorkshire
The Met Office earlier this week issued a yellow weather warning for the whole region, warning against heavy rain starting from today.
It said flooding of homes and businesses is likely, bus and train services could be disrupted and surface water could hamper the region's roads.
Here's a snapshot of the Wednesday forecast where you are:
Darlington
Darlington is set to see heavy rain lasting right through the day, with a 90 per cent chance of precipitation until at 11pm at the earliest.
Temperatures across the town are also set to fall with figures dropping to around 4 degrees at 10pm.
County Durham
Across County Durham, much of the forecast remains similar to Durham City (pictured above), with heavy rain expected to batter the county throughout the day.
Temperatures will fall to their lowest at around 11pm tonight with figures dropping to around 2 degrees.
Hartlepool and Teesside
Across the four areas of Teesside, including Hartlepool (pictured above), conditions will remain extremely wet, worsening from about 12pm today.
Forecasters predict heavy rain throughout Wednesday with a 95 per cent chance of precipitation.
Hambleton
Across Northallerton, Thirsk and the rest of Hambleton, conditions are set to remain in line with the rest of the region.
A short break at 6pm may see heavy rain temporarily halt, but forecasters say it will resume shortly after at around 7pm.
Richmondshire
And in Richmond (pictured above), the picture for much of Richmondshire remains the same.
Heavy rain expected right through to the end of the day with only short breaks in the afternoon.
