POLICE are investigating after bank cards stolen from an elderly woman have since been used in Darlington and Ripon.
The victim, who is in her 80s, was targeted by a man and woman claiming to be from a disability service.
They tricked their way into her home on Hartwith Bank in Summerbridge, North Yorkshire, on October 14, 2020 and took three bank cards.
Fraudulent transactions have since taken place in Ripon and Darlington.
A CCTV image of one of the suspects inside Darlington's TK Maxx store has been issued online by police in a bid to trace the scammers.
