THE full list of shops, takeaways and restaurants staying open in the Metrocentre under national lockdown restrictions has been revealed.
The Gateshead shopping centre has published a list of businesses that are either staying open, or offering click-and-collect services during tougher measures.
It comes as the Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday confirmed the entire country would go into a third national lockdown.
It means that the Metrocentre, which was already operating on a partially-open basis under Tier 4 restrictions, will continue to remain trading in the same way.
Online, a statement from the shopping centre said: "Metrocentre sits at the heart of its community and provides access to vital services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and banks.
"As many of these essential services can only be reached through the centre, we will ensure all our visitors are able to access the services they need whilst supporting those retailers who need to stay open."
Here's the full list of stores trading during the third lockdown - this list may change at short notice and we advise contacing each retailer for opening hours to avoid disappointment.
