POLICE are urgently trying to trace a man, last seen in Middlesbrough yesterday.
Meirion Hughes is reported to have left an address in Middlesbrough yesterday evening in a blue Skoda Roomster.
The 50-year-old is believed to have been in the Yarm/Kirklevington area at about 9.30pm.
The vehicle he was driving had a distinctive registration - E6MPH - and any drivers who may have noticed it are asked to get in touch.
Mr Hughes is described as a white male, 5’6” tall with dark hair, of larger build and he wears glasses.
He was wearing a red t-shirt, black trousers and black trainers.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Police and family are very concerned for his welfare and we’d urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number as soon as possible, quoting Ref 168497."
