THE NHS Spitfire has been making its way across the North-East and North Yorkshire today - and you've been capturing the moment.
Flown by volunteer John Romain, the Second World War Spitfire has been spotted flying over hospitals in Darlington, County Durham, Teesside and Tyne and Wear.

Meanwhile, pupils at Throston Primary in Hartlepool watched as the Spitfire flew over the school.
