POLICE are re-appealing for information following a reported altercation at a Teesside pub on August bank holiday.

A 22-year-old man suffered life changing injuries as a result of the incident, which occured at The Dubliners pub on Bridge Street in Thornaby at around 9:30pm on Sunday, August 30.

A male was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and has been released with bail conditions.

Officers believe there was a large crowd of people in the vicinity at the time of the incident and officers are urging these people to please come forward as they may be able to assist with enquiries.
