“Our first property was also a new build home, but we were never quite happy with the build quality or the location.

The interior was noticeably better quality, so much so that we knew immediately this was the development for us.”

“After a not-so-great experience in our first home, we’ve been bowled over with the service and final property from Homes by Esh.
“Our snag list was minimal and as we were able to buy using the part exchange service, everything was dealt with quickly by both the Esh sales staff and the customer service team.
“We might have been attracted initially to the high-quality appliances, brands and specification, but we were most definitely impressed at the longer-term service we received post moving in.” The smaller size of the development was one of the initial aspects which attracted the Huxley family to Lancaster Park.
Being situated in the village of Middleton-St-George means they are just minutes from Darlington as well as within easy travelling distance of their workplaces and local schools for the children.
“This has been an ideal move for us as a family,” added Kirsty. “We are so impressed with our home that we’ve even set up our own Instagram account chronicling our progress as we turn our property into the perfect family home. We are just delighted to be living at Lancaster Park.”
