IT is time once again to meet some of the region’s newest and cutest arrivals.
This week we once again celebrate more babies of the week and thanks to all those parents who submitted photographs.

Corell and Daniel welcomed Reggie William Rowland into the world on July 11 in Darlington, weighing 7lb 7oz. Reggie is brother to Gracie, Kayden and Ava. Corell and Daniel said: “We hope all the babies born in the pandemic have the most amazing life and hope their future is as bright as can be”
Shelbey Bainbridge and Chris Bainbridge welcomed Ralphie Edgar Bainbridge into the world on June 30, at Darlington. Ralphie weighed 7lb 5oz and has a sibling, Tilly. Shelbey and Chris said: “Our little Ralphie was born three weeks early. A big, massive thank-you to all staff at Darlington Memorial Hospital for looking after myself and our son. I could not have asked for better care, especially during the pandemic”
Natasha Gibson and James Todd became parents to Ronnie-Ray Todd on February 26. Ronnie-Ray was born in Durham, and weighed 6lb 14oz. He has three sisters and a brother and was born on Natasha’s sister’s birthday, making it an extra special day. Natasha and James said: “We hope for a wishful future for our son”
Katie and Patrick welcomed a son, Frankie, into the world on May 25, in Darlington. Frankie weighed 5lb 10oz and has siblings Hannah, Samantha, Patrick and Katie. Mum Katie said: “I wish that Frankie is always healthy and happy. I would like to thank midwife Michelle for being with me at delivery, and thank you to all the staff on the labour ward and Ward 62 who looked after us”
Emma Metcalfe sent us this photograph of her son, Olly Michael, who was born on July 9, at Darlington Memorial Hospital, weighing 6lb 1oz. Emma said: “I wish for health and happiness forever for this little man”
