IN a bid to become the go-to ice-cream parlour for all the family – both two legged and four – a North Yorkshire parlour is now selling dedicated dog ice-cream.
Dog owners stopping for a cone themselves can now help their pets cool down at Brymor, which is now stocking Frozzys from its base near Masham.
Frozzys makes lickable frozen yoghurt especially for dogs, helping to cool them off on hot days and delivering a range of important vitamins and minerals.
The shop found that many of its visitors were purchasing ice-cream for their dogs anyway, so a dedicated canine treat "felt like a national progression".
Available in a range of flavours – including original and blueberry, which are both lactose free and low calorie – Frozzy's has also been added to the distribution list.
Managing director Paul Hodgson said: “Brymor is pleased to be stocking the full range of Frozzy flavours on site here at the parlour and we have added them to our distribution list for our wholesalers and retailers.
"We’re delighted to be working with such a fantastic brand and to be able to offer man’s best friend a frozen treat when they visit Brymor.”.
