Police burglary after suspected burglary at Leadgate farm
POLICE are appealing for information after a suspected burglary in the Leadgate area of Consett.
The incident is believed to have happened between 8pm on Saturday and Sunday morning, when two grass cutters, a rotovator, two trailers and a black Landrover Defender were stolen from Low Brooms Farm.
Suspects driving a Ford transit and Jeep are thought to have left the scene with the two trailers in tow at around 9.30pm.
Anyone with information should contact Durham Police on 101 quoting incident reference number 178 of June 28.
