THERE has been one more coronavirus patient death in the North-East and North Yorkshire.
Figures published on Saturday afternoon show one NHS Trust in the region had reported a new Covid-19 deaths - in North Tees.
A further 78 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in hospital in England, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 28,635, NHS England said.
Patients were aged between 56 and 97 years old. Two patients, aged 73 and 96, had no known underlying health conditions.
The total number of patient deaths recorded by each trust - as of 5pm on Friday, June 26:

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (mental health) – 7 no change
Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (mental health) – 7 no change
