TWO personal trainers are offering up £650 worth of sessions once lockdown restrictions are lifted in a bid to attract more people to online sessions – which are also free to key workers.

Lisa Molloy and Hayley Griffin, founders of, Harrogate Personal Training launched the competition at the beginning of June as an attempt to diversify their sessions as lockdown saw an end to physical classes.

They said:“We wanted to thank our customers for their ongoing support by launching a competition to offer one lucky person four months’ worth of personal training."

The competition is open to anyone who joins an online workout class in June, meaning there is just six days left to get involved.

“We have been amazed by the support our clients, both new and old, have shown us in terms of doing our online classes and have enjoyed welcoming a lot of new customers to the workouts,” said Ms Molloy.

With all sporting activities cancelled at the start of the lockdown, the duo diversified their business by moving it online to help people keep active, fit and working towards their health goals.

Harrogate Personal Training is also offering free online classes to key workers as a token of their appreciation for the work they are doing.

“Both Hayley and I know key workers and we wanted to do something to thank them for the incredible work they’re doing,” Ms Molloy added.

To get involved, Harrogate Personal Training, attend a class with them before June 30 and be entered into the competition automatically. Visit harrogatept.co.uk for more.
