Darlington driver's foot slips, crashing into another car AND house
A CAR smashed into a house last night after the driver's foot slipped.
Police were called to reports of a two vehicle collision on Avon Road in Darlington shortly after 8.30pm last night, June 1.
The collision involved a Volkswagen Sharan and a Mazda.
It is believed the driver of the VW was reversing from their drive when their foot slipped on the accelerator, sending the car backwards into the Mazda and a property.
Nobody was injured however structural damage was caused to the house.
