A TEENAGER has admitted a number of child sex abuse charges when he appeared at crown court.
Oliver Short pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child, inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity, causing a child to watch a sexual act, and three charges of making indecent images of children.
The 18-year-old admitted creating 11 category A images, the most serious offence, four category B images and 25 category C images.
The alleged offences took place between June and December 2018.
His case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be carried out.
Short, of Grassholme, Darlington, will next appear at Teesside Crown Court on May 4 for sentence.
