TWO men wearing masks threatened staff with a knife at a grocery store in Teesside.
The men entered the Lifestyle Express shop in Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough just before 9pm on Saturday.
They are reported to have threatened staff at the shop in Thistle Rise with knives.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "The incident occurred just before 9pm on Saturday, March 21 when two men wearing masks entered the store and threatened the staff with knives.
"The staff in the store reportedly managed to fend off the suspects themselves and the two men left empty handed."
Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
