Police have appealed for help to trace this man who might have information about an assault in Newcastle
OFFICERS investigating an assault in a city centre bar have released an image a man they would like to trace.
Shortly after 2.45am on Sunday, November 10 a man was assaulted in Switch Bar on Scotswood Road, Newcastle.
The victim was punched in the face and sustained cuts to his back that are consistent with broken glass.
As part of their enquiries, police have identified a male they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
He was seen in the area at the time of the incident and could have valuable information that could assist officers.
The man or anyone who recognises them is asked to contact Northumbria Police by calling 101, quoting log 152 101119.
