CCTV footage of two men has been made public following the theft of more than £200 worth of alcohol from a supermarket.

Footage showing the suspects at the Asda store on Brompton Road in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, was released after crates of beer, gin and whiskey was stolen.

Police said the theft of alcohol, valued at around £200 took place at around 7pm on Saturday, November 23. 

A police spokeswoman said they were now urging members of the public to get in touch if they recognised the men pictured.

She said: "Anyone with any information is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask to speak to PC Lucy Bramham.

"You can also email Lucy.Bramham@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk – please quote reference number: NYP-23112019-0427 when passing on information."
