Jean Bain, 72, was reported missing on Friday night
A PENSIONER who went missing from home on Friday has been found safe and well.
Northumbria Police appealed for help to trace 72-year-old Jean Bain, from Gateshead, after she was last spotted on CCTV at around lunchtime on Friday.
It was believed that she may have travelled to North Wales so the force worked with officers there to appeal for sightings.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police has this morning said: "We can confirm that missing Gateshead woman Jean Bain, 72, has been found safe and well.
"Thanks to everyone who shared the appeal."
