POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an attempted robbery on Wilson Street in Middlesbrough.
The incident occurred on Friday, June 14 between 3.30am and 03.50am when a man approached the male victim, 35, assaulted him and them attempted to steal items from him.
The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with information regarding the man shown in the CCTV image is asked to contact DC Lee Whitehouse on 101 quoting 099134.
