CLEVELAND Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision after a man was arrested on suspicion of drug-driving.
The collision happened at around 7.25pm on Thursday, July 11 on Redcar Road in Thornaby.
Officers received a report that a black BMW 330D had collided with the front garden fence of a property on the street.
A force spokeswoman said: "A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and possession of class A drugs. He was released under investigation."
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who may have witnessed the manner of driving of the vehicle prior to the collision is asked to contact PC Jack McPhillips on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 117449.
