A GANG of teenagers robbed a man of £20 after hitting him in the face.
It happened in Cathedral Gardens in Ripon city centre at about 9.15pm on June 27 and involved a group of four men in their late teens.
One them hit the victim during the robbery, leaving him with a facial injury.
One of the robbers is described as white, 19-years-old, slim build, 5ft10 to 6ft tall, wearing a grey hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms with facial acne.
Another is described as white, aged16 to 19, with scruffy brown fair hair and a tubby build. He was wearing a light blue t-shirt.
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who was in their vehicles in and around Sainsbury’s car park in Ripon at the time with dashcam footage to contact them on 101.
