A LANDMARK city centre hotel is on the market for the first time in more than a century.
The Ripon Spa Hotel is being marketed by Colliers International and offers are being sought in the region of £1.75m.
The 40-bedroom, Edwardian building has operated as a hotel for more than a 100-years.
Facilities include a ballroom, restaurant, bistro and landscaped grounds extending to around 5.75 acres.
Julian Troup, head of UK Hotels Agency at Colliers International, said: "The Ripon Spa Hotel is an established and well-known hotel operating with a healthy trading base. We are anticipating a high level of interest from a number of interested parties, especially considering that the hotel has not been commercially sold since 1906.”
