A 31-YEAR-OLD woman was taken to hospital after being hit in the head with bottle.
The woman was walking along Pavilion Terrace, near to the Rice and Spice restaurant in Scarborough, North Yorkshire at around 5pm on Saturday (June 22).
Police said a bottle struck the woman in the forehead, leaving a deep laceration. The woman was then taken to Scarborough District Hospital where she recieved treatment.
Police said they were now conducting enquiries to determine who had thrown the bottle.
