A CRASH involving five vehicles closed the westbound carriageway of the A66 in Middlesbrough on Thursday morning.
The accident happened near Cineworld in Middlesbrough between Marton Road (Marton Road Interchange) to B1272 Hartington Road.
The road has now reopened.
It is not yet known if anyone was injured.
