THE North East Auto Show attracted dozens of vehicles to take part in the annual event.
Car lovers in their droves called into The Northern Echo Arena to get a closer look at a wide range of vintage cars, muscle cars and finely tuned sports cars.
Cars on show for petrolheads to enjoy at the Darlington venue included Ferraris, vintage Ford Escorts, Audis and an Oldsmobile, pictured below.
As well as the chance to inspect the vehicles people were able to take part in a number of fun events including the chance to race around a giant Scalextric track, flaunt their skills at Fanbelt Flinging, or watch the RC drift action from Getyourdrifton.

Organisers said: "Each year we choose a charity to fund raise for and this year we have chosen Macmillan. Each trader has donated a prize which will be raffled at the show. There is more than £1,000 worth of prizes in the raffle so we do hope you purchase a ticket to help us raise as much as possible for this fantastic cause."
