A MAN has suffered minor injuries after being involved in a hit and run accident.
The driver of a Citroen Picasso hit a pedestrian and left the scene prior to police arrival.
The incident happened at around 2.30pm on Saturday, April 27 on Wayside Road between Rainsford Crescent and Spencerfield Crescent in Middlesbrough.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: "The pedestrian was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
"Officers are appealing for the driver to come forward as they may be able to assist with enquiries."
