TWO females have been arrested in connection with an assault which left a 63-year-old man with head injuries.
The pair, aged 17 and 29, were arrested following the alleged attack which happened on Redcar High Street on Wednesday, March 27.
The 63-year-old man was taken to James Cook University Hospital suffering from head injuries and was released the following morning.
The pair were arrested on suspicion of assault and they have both been released under investigation.
Officers are still actively looking to trace a third person, a 29-year-old male, who they want to speak to in connection with their investigation.
